Santuari de Falgars

The present building dates from 1646 and contains still some elements and engravings from the original romanesque chapel. This chapel is mentioned as early as 1049. Falgars holds several folk celebrations: Saint Marc in April, the meeting of Poblatans (people from La Pobla) in June, the festivity of the Virgin on Septembre 8th, these are occasions to enjoy traditional culture, among which the Dance of Falgars.
